How do you get the app to refresh the incidents. Shouldn't it be automatic? Or do you need to add a refresh option? Otherwise, I have to shut down and restart device.

Functionally it works great on my Pixel XL. Loads quickly, cameras show live motion feeds, I can see road obstructions, etc. The UX could use some love, but the app is very useful.

Cams don't work anymore. Sad day to see so much money spent on scout cams, and they aren't being fixed

Rarely works when I need it. Too many people trying to use it on bad weather days? I get the map but cams seldom come up. Hoping the cams work better for the traffic monitor folks than it does for me...

The app isn't good in my opinion. There are numerous cameras that don't work and at times the app has a hard time loading.
