Finally, got a game to track after the first 2 not tracking. So far so good. After waiting 5 weeks to get a response as to why they didn't track, I replied to the automated email and got a response immediately. Still not sure why they didn't work, but they added some coins to my account for the time I spent playing the non-tracked apps. So that was nice. The games pay decent amounts, and I like the Daily Playtime feature to get extra money for other games you play, as well as the ad bonuses.

Offers don't track reach out to customer service to be told it will be weeks before they can get to you. If we're spending money to complete things, and they don't track once we provide screenshot evidence of completed offer it should be an instant fix not be told it will take weeks by the time they get to support your time has run out to complete any more of the milestones. There are better apps out there for this. If customer support ever comes through I'll update this back to 5 stars doubtful

Do not use this app!!! Mistplay or free cash is better. These guys literally owed me like 30 dollars when I was in a tough time and right when I pressed on my return, my account is permanently suspended. Then I reached out to support to at least get Clarification, and they said thir policy is not to tell me what I did wrong. A lot of others have said the same. I asked to speak to someone higher because I did actually nothing wrong at all. Maybe having 2 phones. But still no one but me is on them.

Terrible Customer Service. I had an offering that I completed 4 additional missions in, and after the first of those 4 not being awarded, I reached out to customer support. 3 weeks later, I still haven't heard a word. I won't be touching Scramble again until I hear back with a satisfactory resolution.

Many of the games glitch and not always track the milestones, and forget thinking they are going to respond when you need help.
