Worst customer service in recent times. I have at least booked 5 appointments, the app confirms the appointment, also sends reminders, but no one visits. I am frustrated, not expected such a bad service from ScrapQ

Very unprofessional ppl running the org it seems. Let's discuss the positives and negatives. Positives: NOTHING TO DISCUSS Negatives: 1. One way comm 2. Not on time 3. They inform they removed the slot system, but app is still asked you to select slots. 4. Doesn't bother/Respect about others time. 5. Reschedule your appointment without your concern. 6.their quoting price is way less than the local scrap shops Suggestion: better to sell to the local scrap shops instead of wasting your time.
