Description
Scratch Pad is a free and very simple notepad / scratchpad application!
Starting the app brings you to the one and only edit page! When you leave it or press the "done" button, the notes are stored in the device memory.
Scratchpad Features: 1. No ads. 2. Does not require any special permissions. 3. Split screen mode and multi window mode for devices that support it. 4. The text and background color can be changed. 5. Text size can be changed. 6. Share (send, backup) the note (via for example email or sms). 7. Undo/redo function with a history of 10 changes.
Note: To keep the permissions list as short as possible, there is no backup function. Instead, remember to occasionally backup your note by using the "share" option.

Great and simple app to use! But, only has one continuous page to use. Meaning, can not create separate notes like a grocery list, gardening list, project build list... separate scratch pad pages to be safe, recalled or updated as needed.

Performed for a long time.....~3 years. Today invoked app and contents of pad was empty. Hence, can no longer trust for any long term quick reference contents. Must copy to some other file. 😥

You can't paste !!?? I usually start with a message in another app, then want to bring it to a larger text window to compose (instead of the pokey little window [and often buggy on my Samsung Note . Facebook for example]), then copy and paste it back

Was good at one time, but lately very unreliable. Don't fret when erases everything you had posted because happens so often finally delete this app. Oddly when these developers put out a decent app pay type or free, once it's got good reviews majority stop updating. That's why now they are millions of like kind apps, nobody wants to work anymore when got a good gig going. Frustrating to find quality any more online.
