It gives you quick info on how many winners are left, so you don't get stuck buying scratches that have no jackpots left. You need to expand to more states.

This is great app and a great concept. Knowing how many winning scratchers are left before buying can really improve your chances of winning. The chances are still really low, but it's still better to look for 30 pins in a haystack, than 3. :-) There are other apps that do this, but I find this one has the nicest layout, and is very simple to use.
