This is the only working solution that I've found for keeping the screen on during calls! I was already using it for things like keeping the screen on during drive through and similar situations, and it worked great. However, I also needed the screen on during calls because my phone kept turning the screen off even when using the loudspeaker or with headphones. So after working a bit with it, I realized you have to have the overlay on during the calls, which I hadn't been doing, and it works!!

Screen Alive Elite: screen on still works great. The premium version is helpful with Android devices screen staying on issues. The only thing that's really missing is Android dark mode.

Trying out the advanced version. What I really need is that the screen alive works when the phone is plugged in. And then when I unplug the phone the screen alive is off and then the normal screen timeout returns. The use case would be broadly popular - if one is working and wants various timeouts, the app is very helpful. But then if one is walking around it's more secure to have the phone auto lock. I think it's likely this is an easy enough feature to add. I look forward to your feedback.

Samsung S20 Ultra Android 12: Does not work at. All. When I set a new screen timeout, save it, then hit the light bulb icon again, it still shows the system timeout. I tried setting screen timeout to both Always On and 1 hour; neither works. I turned on the overlay button and it does nothing. Tap, long press, doesn't matter. Nothing happens. The only thing I can do is drag it around the screen. And, yes, I did enable all requested permissions. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I paid for the full version, and it doesn't keep the screen on while in a call. That's literally the only reason I bought it. Phone: Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, updated to Android 13.

No response from the team after I messaged them a very aggravating issue where screen timeout does not reapply after turning off the stay alive function. If they don't care to respond to premium subscribers then I won't be using the app or recommending to others.
