The auto screen brightness per app doesn't work on my SGS7 Nougat stock phone. The app also crashes on some apps like the Swan View link app and crashes when you select Screen Control in the app list.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I want to keep the screen at its brightest setting whenever I'm navigating using Google Maps, but unfortunately Screen Controls crashes as soon as I touch the Maps app button to set it up. I open Screen Controls, select Maps and the screen goes blank or back to home. Then I get a message saying "Screen Controls keeps stopping". Please fix this as this is the only app I can find that will do exactly what I want (if it worked)....Samsung Galaxy S9+
