Roku Pro Model 3820 RW. Using roku stick to uhf tv, getting quick starts, high definition picture, copy time to tv excellent (less than 1 second), iip sync is amazing. PROBLEM, often getting screen message, cannot find any Roku devices. Got a new Roku Stick 4K, helped just a little, still hard to make connection.

I don't know why I had to pay 5 dollars for this app when it doesn't cast audio only video and it super choppy like it's lagging, refund would be nice since it doesn't even work properly

Even after buying the app and screen mirroring at the lowest quality the app on the TV side constantly crashes and skips frames so that video games can't be played on it and television isn't even worth watching I would like a refund

Black screen only. The audio is heard through the Roku TV speakers. But no visual. Only a black screen. I have tried everything even shutting off firewall and internet security. No luck. The audio is obviously getting through. But the visual isn't not. UPDATE: I already have a thread running with your support crew. But no one has replied to the current reply message I sent on 16 November 2022 explaining this issue in more detail. The Pro App still doesn't work. UPDATE 2: I am requesting a refund.
