★★★★★ Good, but could be great Works, but I won't be using it, cos I need it to: 1. be RESIZABLE - so that it doesn't take up a full icon size of space 2. be movable to anywhere on the screen instead of being locked to the sides Check out Pen Window Manager for Note 3 (though it's different function). It allows me to change the size of the floating icon to much smaller, and can be moved anywhere I want on the screen. 4 stars, hopefully will be 5 stars if you implement the above suggestions!
