I am going to let you know .THIS IS THE BIGGEST THING EVER I can't tell how many apps I've tested that can't simply screenshot the area you need. You guys solved the problem. Never worked. "Unknown error occurred" message every time I took a screenshot. Gallery empty ("no screenshots"). I was never able to make it work on my Motorola phone. Very disappointed.
