This updated version had the same issue as the previous version however once I updated the ScreenConnect host software on my computer to the latest version 5.3 (and paid to renew my license) this phone app worked perfectly. It apparently will not work with pre 5.3 versions of ScreenConnect on the host and neither will the Legacy Samsung app (at least in my testing).

So bad I have to look for a new remote support provider. With the weird way of using a mouse, this is insufferable. Maybe a new version will come out quickly and fix this. Won't hold my breath. Two thumbs down, way way down!!!

No Mouse - no control on NEW Galaxy S8 and S8+. I am utilizing the ScreenConnect for Samsung and it displays remote cursor but no virtual mouse displayed and cannot click on anything. It is useless now. I have tried the other ScreenConnect apps to no avail. Used to work on my Galaxy S7 Edge but sadly no longer. Please fix this issue. Preferably, without the mouse.
