Pathetic... they say mobile-first platform, but the nominee addition workflow is pathetic...wasted 30 mins. I have decided to go the Direct MF route with AMC.

It is a hassle: we have to keep checking the app to see when the funds are unhealthy and rebalance. No emails, text or calls even when the schemes are being unhealthy for years! The app is buggy: update nominee details don't work via the app. You can't fix without the nominee details getting updated. Customer care: the app works for others, email us the nominee details, and we will update it offline in 48 hours. App based when it suits scrip box, email based otherwise

It's been an absolutely painful and unpleasant experience. I have been using this app for the last 10 years, and they haven't improved even a bit since then. The entire process of updating nominees, bank details etc. is all old and is a lengthy process. And it's very, very buggy. I had to have a long thread of email just to solve nomination correction and that too for a mistake on their end

UI is great, unnecessarily some sections have paid subscriptions, worst of all is that the funds are regular growth not the direct growth and that's the biggest let down for an app which is mutual funds exclusive. And if you want to keep regular funds then why charge extra for the advisory
