Need to improve app performance, it is getting slow on each action, if possible to add one more features as highly recommend mutual fund list.ie. which mf performance is good nowadays, user can directly pick and add into portfolio.

Worst experience ever. I provided every single document the team requested, yet my issue is still not resolved. Every time I contact support, I receive a completely new reason — logo mismatch, signature not matching, or some other unnecessary requirement. It feels like they are creating problems instead of helping users. I use many other financial platforms and none of them make simple updates this difficult. Changing a bank account or email ID should not require endless formalities.

It is a hassle: we have to keep checking the app to see when the funds are unhealthy and rebalance. No emails, text or calls even when the schemes are being unhealthy for years! The app is buggy: update nominee details don't work via the app. You can't fix without the nominee details getting updated. Customer care: the app works for others, email us the nominee details, and we will update it offline in 48 hours. App based when it suits scrip box, email based otherwise

Ratings, Review (opened A/C in 2021) 2021 good 2023 bad 2025 horrible 2026 Pathetic Client service team never read emails when issues is raised. Finally, they will get back to say 'Technical issue resolved' one has to go to MF central for withdrawal. Beginner or expert choose other platforms. This is just rubbish. You will end up only firefighting all life if you hold an account with them.
