Surprisingly effective it's significantly reduced how much I've scrolled but a few downsides 1 it's quite easily bypassed without having to wait a few seconds to continue scrolling all you have to do is switch back to insta, and it won't disturb you again until you scroll another video 2 looking at the comments make the app thing you scrolled to another video and finally 3 is you completely bypass it if you just go to the home page instead of scrolling on the reels

This app does its job really well. Only change I would like is to have custom options for limits. For now max limit I canst per hour is 50, which is less than in 30 min I can scroll more than that. Otherwise it's good at blocking and tracking limits. Really helpful. Thanks for making this app.
