Scrolling Live Wallpaper simulates wallpaper scrolling on non-scrolling home screens.
Simply enable "Custom Photo" option in settings screen and load your own photos!
It does not make live wallpaper scrolling, just normal image photos.
To use: Home -> Menu -> Wallpapers -> Live Wallpapers

Finally, an app that allows samsung ui to scroll a wallpaper. Not all wallpapers are meant to be put only "vertically". I've used to always put scrollable wallpapers before. S10 is an amazing phone but this non-possibility to set scrollable wallpaper is simply bad.

This Works For me! Thank you. To use this properly, download the app. Then enable airplane mode on your phone. Set the wallpaper and then disable airplane mode. Viola!

Works well after I found that wallpaper scrolling was not working on my new phone. I deducted one star because the video ads are so obnoxious. Fortunately it is only an issue when initially selecting wallpaper. Should be OK for most users, but not for people who change wallpaper frequently. Dropped it to 2 stars when I rotated my phone and found that the wallpaper doesn't rotate. Some might still be OK with this, but for me, it eliminates its usefulness.

Scrolling actually works, but it scrolls between 2 of the 9 images in the 9 image wide mosaic I have. Also there are an unbearable amount of ads

Ads after each time you touch any setting, and the scrolling doesn't work, it just loads the next section jarringly
