Why Accessibility permission is used:

ScrollPause uses Android Accessibility Service only to detect scroll activity in selected apps so it can show timely pause reminders. This permission is required for the core scroll detection feature.

ScrollPause does not read your messages, passwords, personal content, keystrokes, notifications, or screen text. ScrollPause does not sell your data.

You can use ScrollPause as a lightweight awareness tool and choose whether to enable full scroll detection.

ScrollPause is not about blocking your phone. It is about helping you notice the moment when casual scrolling turns into automatic scrolling.
