Scrum Planning Cards

Estimation cards for your team, on the phone you already have.

THE DECK
• 0, ½, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100
• ∞ for "too big to estimate" and ? for "I don't know"
• A coffee card for when the room needs a break

SHAKE TO REVEAL
• Pick your card and it stays hidden
• Shake the phone when everyone is ready
• Nobody sees a number before their own is chosen, which is the whole point of estimating this way

MORE WAYS TO ESTIMATE
• Ready-made decks: classic Fibonacci, powers of two, T-shirt sizes, 1 to 10, hours, days — free
• Confidence vote (fist of five) — free
• Three-point (PERT) estimate calculator — part of Premium
• Pick a table color, or follow your system's day/night theme

PREMIUM
• A one-off purchase — not a subscription — unlocks custom decks (create, name, edit and delete your own) and the three-point (PERT) estimate calculator
• The built-in deck, every ready-made deck, confidence vote, shake to reveal and everything else stay free

SMALL ON PURPOSE
• No account and no sign-up; estimating works with no connection at all
• Nothing about you is collected — the app only asks Google Play whether the one-off purchase was made
• Works on a plane, in a basement, in a meeting room with bad Wi-Fi

• Optional vibration on tap
