Comments on SCS Talikhidmat App for Android

★★★★☆ Joseph Lim · Dec 4, 2024

Great app to log complain or request for service from local council. Need some improvement to the mapping system, need to include google map location in the feedback, else they will ask you via phone call your location even though the app already have that map function. I'm already logged in but when I click the list my feedback, it shows login failed.

Fast response to complain. The best government interaction with people apps

★☆☆☆☆ kurapica chew · May 28, 2021

I had an account previously but changed phone, and now I cannot get my account back at all. It says I have no Sarawak ID, so I registered for one. But after that, the login details still cannot be used? What about my old account? Obviously when I click reset password, it works. Meaning I do have an account. But now nothing works and resetting password doesn't work nor does create a new account with new login details works. This app just became worse. Wanna complaint also cannot.

★☆☆☆☆ SS TING · Aug 10, 2025

Keep on asked me login as I already log in to the account, can't check with my feedback list report that had submitted before

I cannot log in my sarawak ID using this app but able to using chrome...
