The banking app just needs a better layout and easier navigation. I was trying to add an external bank account but had to opt into the website and then the website was experiencing technical issues.

The new design of the app makes it more difficult to see everything I need without having to drop down menus. It also takes longer to register the movement of money in the amount displayed making it very easy to overdraft. Maybe on purpose to get more fee payments?

Awful bank now in 2025. Will NOT let you use your own money. Blocks online transactions and every other in person transaction. Customer support line is a joke that sounds like they are on qualuudes. Bank elsewhere.

Most of us good except all the preset alerts keep crashing disappearing which are highly annoying and costly
