SDROA ERP

SDROA's MIS platform has been upgraded to a comprehensive Enterprise resource planning (ERP) that has integrated management of all SDROA’s work processes. SDROA ERP is timely being updated and it is in real-time and is mediated by the state-of-the-art software and technology. SDROA ERP System collect, store, manage, and interpret data from all of SDROA’s program activities using advanced databases maintained by the best database management system. It is providing an integrated and continuously updated view of core business processes of SDROA to all related stakeholders. The ERP systems are tracking all of SDROA’s program and operation process: SDROA is operating in different locations and projects, each place has gotten separate monthly budget allotment, expenditure, attendance report, payroll, Inventory keeping, HR and all financial transactions, etc.
Main Objectives!
-Donors can track up to a penny of their money allocation and expenditure at any time from any location.
-Employees can track their monthly payroll, tax, attendance, leave records, etc. at any time from any location.
-All processes of transactions starting from initiating a purchase request to creating purchase order, vendor list, payment vouchers, goods/services receipt inspections notes, are managed in the system and can be tracked through the system.
-The ERP is also keeping a record of the Education Management System that covers all management of SDROA English programs and projects: classes, teachers, students, registrations, progress, tests, quizzes, teacher payments, etc.
-Each of the project activities is planned, implemented, reported and monitored through the system. Stakeholders are involved at each stage for reviewing and approving each piece of activity.
