Worst customer service in history of mankind, they are least interested in providing you internet services, speed of internet is upto the mark as the plain most of the time, not recommended for people who want a reliable internet and good customer service, not at all for office use.

Pathetic!! The only 5-star review over here is by their own worker. The customer service is as pathetic as government service. The helpline does not connect and if it does (once in a blue moon) they are not concerned to give probable solution and act as lazy as pigs of the sewers
