That's piece of sh@@t, not an app. Why, why should I get a subscription?? I just want to pay for the charger. Just pay, 1 min maximum. Without this long-long process of registration!!! I've just spent 20 mins on a freeze making this "application" work!!

Terrible! After spending a small fortune on my Born, the user experience here is embarrassing. Collected my Born yesterday and was being shown around the car by the dealer. He couldn't get the app to work and eventually gave up and suggested I keep trying when I got home. I can see from other reviews that this issue has been ongoing for some time, so clearly it is not being seen as a priority for new users. Suggestion. Look at the Tesla app to be shown how it's done. Please sort this ASAP
