I just became a NEW Member of (Seattle Credit Union) that friend of mines introduced to me. I ALWAYS do my research with almost EVERYTHING, so with that being said, anything that has a good (Rep) and their positives out weigh their negatives (If there's Any negatives), than one is not nervous, scared or fearful of putting faith and or trust in just that. So no I have not yet tried out the Debit card or this app but when something has a good rep you can trus that you will be happy.

I like it, but if you tap on the notification, the app "breaks" and you won't get notifications anymore, therefore eliminating the need for the app (this has happened on three different phones, so it's not just an issue with my current device). Curious why there's a second app, anyway - this could/should be built into the credit union's primary app.

Probably good security for the card, except I only struggle to get the "secured connection" required to register my card. Only once did I get into the app. It didn't want to recognize my address (thanks to it being a weird address of course). And then the security pin email didn't arrive for an hour, so the app logged out. If you are in the process of inputting information and have to leave the app to get a piece of info, it erases everything you had already input. Why have a separate app?
