Recommend if you are willing to so the work. Just closed on my first section 8 house. The course was easy to follow and very informative. Every time I had a question, I would text Tom, and he would always get back to me. He is very helpful and has a lot of knowledge. This is just the beginning for me but I can't complain. Even the section 8 pro app has helped a lot. Definitely some things I would change or add to make it better, but I'm still new at this. It definitely has helped.

This guy is a total clown who thinks he can get away with conning people. 0 stars, the app is trash, he charges 5000 to some and 2000 to some for the same course, but he's the only person benefitting that's why he shuts off all comments closing all communication from his members, so they don't all talk about what a scam and opportunist this guy is!!!! Don't fall for it, very unethical guy.
