As a woman travelling alone to an event safety is my biggest concern. Both Secure Cab drivers were professional, kept me updated throughout, and made sure I was safe every step of the way. My pickup was seamless, even after changing my booking at short notice. I felt genuinely looked after and valued as a customer. I'll definitely be using Secure Cab again and highly recommend them

I tried to register on the Secure Cab SA app, but I was unable to create an account. The system says that my email address already exists, yet when I use the "Forgot Password" option, it says that the email address is not registered. Since I have never had an account with Secure Cab SA before, this appears to be a system error. As a result, I cannot register or access the service. I hope the technical team investigates and fixes this issue so that new users can sign up successfully.

Useless app nje, I put all my details then next thing it's kicking me out whenever I try to open the app, it doesn't even derseve one star it derives zero stares nje

I am giving the app only 2 Stars - Only premium option is available. No female drivers. But, he service itself is great. I booked a ride for my daughter by contacting them via WhatsApp for a pick-up from school. The driver was professional, shared her location with me for the duration of the trip and communicated at pickup and drop off. I believe that by improving the functionality of the app and selecting female drivers options, this service will beat other e-hailing services fast.
