This secure I do not want on my phone. I have disabled, and it will not let me take it totally off my phone as it keeps downloading and installing malicious apps on my phone

I never set up a pin for the secure folder. Now I get notifications that I have to unlock the secure folder in order to get the important messages. And it does not say how to reset the pin. Motorola should not be allowed to have an app a secure app and not give customers the information necessary to get into it!
