Works as expected. I would have given 5 stars if it was an option to save a car park to favorites, or an option to book again at the same car park on another day. I always park at the same car park 3 times a week and every time I have to search it on the map. Thanks!

When I first started using this app it was riddled with bugs, and then after writing a 1star review in Play marketplace it was remediated with an update shortly after, and now it's MUCH better ! 👌🙏😍👏 thanks Secure Park team!

First, I couldn't find the quick rebook option because it is hidden under the "options nearby". Once I learn that, the application is very convenient for me. I only need to drag down the "options nearby".

Useless, after registration I added the car plate number and a payment method. It recognizes me on entering the car park, I paid it before exiting using the app for the amount that the app showed (matching the daily rate). The gate wouldn't open, I had to hold 12 cars, reverse back to park the car and talk to them, after a short while they allowed me to exit. Why would anyone use the app if it's not more convenient, time saving or cost savings? I'm uninstalling after 1st use.

You really need to fix the bugs. I shouldn't have to have location on in order for the app to be functional. If you want people to pay for parking, I'd suggest making it easy for people to make payment. The app is really poor quality. IDK if it's just an Android problem or also an iOS problem, but please fix it. The app won't even let me select a place to park without location on, and even when it is on it is a REALLY glitchy. Also, no you cannot access my Bluetooth, how stupid.
