The setup is pretty straightforward for me to connect to Durham at my school (UVA). As long as you follow the instructions from your school's Service Desk, you will be fine.

My system does not allow notifications from this app, so I do not receive the request to save Wi-Fi network, rendering me unable to connect to the Durham network. I am using an Oppo Find X5 Pro (Android 14 OS).

I was forced to download this app to use the new Wi-Fi system at my high school. Despite being 100mb, a waste of space when devices can already connect to the internet without having to download any additional software, it doesn't even work most of the time. The new system is stupid, and tedious compared to other public places that have a similar "log-in to use Wi-Fi" which redirect you to a website and are a lot more forgiving and respectful towards the end user.
