I downloaded the 'update' and now I can't log in. I've also had several issues with depositing money orders, they show as deposited and then the money disappears without any notice from the bank or app. This same issue led to fees at my expense that the app managers refused to refund and insisted I had to go into my local branch. I can't even log in to try to get to customer support. SFB is a great bank, but their app is garbage.

Sometimes the processing of the deposit lags for a long period of time before completing the process. The process appears to go through a third party and I can not view the changes to my account until a later date. I do receive an email notification of the initial deposit, which is better than nothing. My suggestion is to at least show pending in the affected account and fix the lag.
