I loved using secures when my daughter was locked up. Video chats helped both of us in the void. Due to coronavirus there were noes in person visits allowed but secures made it possible for us to not just chat but being able to see each other brought sheer delight for the 17 months she was in county jail. There isn't secures for the penitentiary and I have had real problems in connecting with her since she was sent up. Too bad secures doesn't facilitate washington correction center for women.

I unfortunately have a few friends that are incarcerated. This app gives me the ability to stay in touch with them and talk to them daily. Which is everything to them. You don't realize how important things are until it's taken from you.

I'm trying to use this app Secures to contact correctional facility, and it is not allowing me to switch over and download information for video contact so discouraging and disappointed. How is a person to do video visit with another person if you can't get through.
