ÁREA DEL CENTRO: Esta pestaña es solo para los espacios de salud de la compañía.
MI MOVIMIENTO: Lo que has elegido hacer: aquí encontrarás tu programa, , los retos a los que te has unido y todas las otras actividades que has elegido hacer
RESULTADOS: Revisa tus resultados y monitoriza tu progreso.
Entrena con Sed de Bienestar, recoge MOVEs y consigue cada vez más activo cada día.
Disfruta de la mejor experiencia en instalaciones equipadas con Technogym utilizando Sed de Bienestar para conectarse al equipo con Bluetooth, NFC o QR Code. El equipo se configurará automáticamente con su programa y sus resultados serán rastreados automáticamente en su cuenta mywellness.
Log MOVEs manualmente o sincronizar con otras aplicaciones como Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag y Withings.
