This is still the best gardening app I have found! Grow bot is very helpful, and its info has expanded considerably. I can't wait to take pictures of plants or bugs to see whether the "mystery items" are good or bad. Navigating app is easy. Favorites parts are plant companion&enemies, what pest will nibble on what plant, and # plants per g-bag. Hopefully the basil varieties will be updated". UPDATE from April 2023: Basil varieties have been updated! Thank you for creating such a comprehensive app!

I have only researched the app and tried the free period. It's a pretty face with an ugly underbelly. The fact that there is no purchase option is a huge red flag. The other red flags are how they collect data and share with Google. If I install an app and invest my time to track progress from year to year. Then there is nothing that prevents these guys from deleting the account or resetting information. If Google is partnered in, then these guys get paid by them. You do the math.

Sent a notification that a light frost is imminent in my area tonight. It's February 22 in the Northern Hemisphere, in Michigan. We've had subbed freezing temperatures since November. A hard uninstall is imminent tonight as well. And based on how badly the developer missed the point in their response, I now understand the inanity.

Loved it when it had more free features but now to have multiple plants in my garden bed I have to pay. So uninstalled it and leaving a lower rating. Hate that free feature is gone. Good if you want premium version, hence the 2 stars.
