SeedWorks - Optimizer App

A fully functional “End-to-End Application" for process automation and salesforce management. "Seed Blending Solution” has been developed in-house – by implementing Mathematical Algorithms and it has proven results in blending scenarios of Crop – Cotton, Rice, Millet, and Mustard.

Objective: - To automate the process of seed lot blending to Enhance Product Quality, Operational Efficiency and Product Consistency.
Results: - A fully functional “Seed Blending Solution” has been developed in-house – by implementing Mathematical Algorithms and it has proven results in blending scenarios of Crop – Cotton, Rice, Millet, and Mustard, and reducing the workload at the Warehouse by reducing the combination of blending lots.
Process Automation – Development in progress to deliver the entire solution as an application/mobile app to generate blends and send the same to warehouses.
Project Optimizer - Sales:
Objective: - To deliver a seamless channel for Sales Planning and Execution across the sales field force team.
Results: - Using demand estimations and forecasting methodologies, the algorithms are capable to prepare a Sales Plan considering their historical sales. With the Portal/Mobile Apps, the sales plan will be communicated to Sales Team to edit/align to their targets.
This Application also tracks – season progress, market potential and competitor sales through a mobile app. Web Portal and Mobile App development is in progress and we are planning to deliver it by next quarter to be fully operational.
