Description
Review/analyze up to 30 minutes of cached data, and see real time FFT frequency analysis of incoming readings! This is the free version of the app with ads enabled. A paid version without ads, plus the ability to save/load data will be coming out at a later date.
- Captures, and displays data on all 3 axis - Customizable consistent sampling rate - Real time FFT frequency analysis - Stores 30 minutes of reviewable data - Pinch to zoom graph sensitivity - Select data to perform analysis - Calculate peaks, averages, and the modified Mercalli scale index - Analyze earthquakes for estimated distance & Richter scale value - Supports landscape & portrait screen orientations - Option to sample continuously in background
Coming soon: - A paid version without ads with options for saving/loading data.
Note: Some phones turn off the accelerometer with the screen as a power saving feature resulting in loss of data. Unfortunately there is no way to work around this, you may be required to leave your screen on to continue sampling data.

My Suggestions Love the app. I would grant five stars if screen timeout could be disabled. Also if the data could be saved in graph format, plus have an alarm for a users preset value. Other than that, its a fantastic app.

Very detailed. The only thing I would change is the ability to disable/enable an axis to provide a cleaner display when zoomed. Works flawlessly.

Its time to count It is nice to measure earthquake

Good Can u plan an alarm so that we don't have to look continuously. Say when we should run for cover. With enable disable option as movement may trigger it.

This is a piece of crap I live near nepalwhich got more than 60 quakes and the place i live(india)got more than 14 shocks and the seismograph app says there is no earthquake.even it couldn't track a 6.9 richter scale quake.tried it on 9 different devices and accelerometer was working too.Couldn't track any earthquake most of the quakes lasted more than 30 secs and i switched on this app for more than 20 mins and another shock came.I kept my device on floor.Wall hangings picture frames fell down but couldnt track.whats more to say

Massive data/battery hog. No idea why this app is sending/receiving gigs worth of data over the course of a few days.

Nothing spectacular. For a lay person, this app is useless. I presume the three coloured lines meant 5, 10, & 15 miles away, but there was no help file to verify this. I couldn't see what was written on the bottom of the graph. The gray lines going up and down meant what? The gray lines were jumping up and down all the time but I know there have been no earthquakes. Again, no tutorial to tell me what this all means. The app is so sensitive that just moving my phone made all three coloured lines spike. Uninstalling.
