Your services are very good, but the issue of Security is still very limited because if I just finished making a transaction by chance and at the same time someone takes my phone and opens the recent app they have the ability to make any transaction without my consent. Take it into consideration it's a very serious issue.

I was talked into getting Seldom coz of the hype behind it, now only 5 days in and the App won't open for several days now - called customer care they told me to restart the phone.did... nothing happened - I tried the 2nd option of 150*35# the menu is all scrambled... I click on one thing something else appears - is there like a glitch we don't know about before I delete my account - coz I do not like stress.

Welcomes has improved digital transactions, and the transaction bundle feature is my favorite part of the service. However, charging TZS 1,500 for every failed debit card transaction due to insufficient funds is unfair and unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for a declined payment. Sometimes payments are automatic, and you may not even remember the exact charge date. If I already have insufficient funds, how does charging me more make the situation better?

It has been the great app so far, In process of withdrawing all my money and stop using it jus because of that stupid feature where you cannot use it with developer mode on. Something is seriously wrong with Tz developers thinking not using the app with developer mode on as a security feature
