For a Bar business, the owner always know they don't sell tea, so the security personel knows how to deal with drunk clients, most of us came running to seldom because of low charges in transactions, CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE, I learned this the hard way, for a whole bank it looks like no one ever thought on how to deal with a mistake in transaction, if you send money wrongly using this, Jesus has to come back for you to get it back, IT TAKES YEARS FOR A REVERSAL, worse customer service ever, EVER, RUN

Welcomes has improved digital transactions, and the transaction bundle feature is my favorite part of the service. However, charging TZS 1,500 for every failed debit card transaction due to insufficient funds is unfair and unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for a declined payment. Sometimes payments are automatic, and you may not even remember the exact charge date. If I already have insufficient funds, how does charging me more make the situation better?
