Updated rating. The first experience I had with this app was horrible. It now appears that perhaps the issue was more with the blind itself rather than just this app. After a replacement of the blind, the app paired and performed as it should. Still not a fan of needing this app to control my blind with a remote and remote only, but all is working now. I was unable to edit my first review, so disregard. I was a bit unhappy at the time.

Setup was easy, and I love that I can control the shades directly from my phone without any additional gear.

Same issue as others, app is completely nonfunctional when first opened, cannot select create account or login. Workaround is to install app on ios device to create account then open app on android device from emailed link. Customer service was no help, suggested I needed to charge the blinds first and told me to call them when I somehow fixed their issue

Select Blinds has gone off the rails. This app is horrible. For two days, I've tried to connect the remote without success. Why require an app? I bought Select Blinds a couple of years ago, no issues. Push a button on the blind, push a button on the remote, connected. Now I must download an app that doesn't work, give my location and whatever else they're collecting. The app doesn't open in order of info it needs. Just when I thought I had it, it would not set because I didn't name my home first.

Awful app and customer support. Motorized blinds still doesn't work despite many calls, emails and texts to customer support.

Buggy and needs refinement. It feels like something that was rushed out and will need some patches to get right. You can program shades to operate at sunrise / sunset, but it just cycles them, it needs to be able to send open / close signal. I don't want my shade I manually closed to open itself at sunset.
