Updated rating. The first experience I had with this app was horrible. It now appears that perhaps the issue was more with the blind itself rather than just this app. After a replacement of the blind, the app paired and performed as it should. Still not a fan of needing this app to control my blind with a remote and remote only, but all is working now. I was unable to edit my first review, so disregard. I was a bit unhappy at the time.

This App is the absolute worst! I've tried so many times to get our blinds (9ea.) to function. I've talked to tech support. Which wasn't helpful. We have spent over 2 thousand dollars on blinds that don't work! Very disappointed! Very frustrated!

Select Blinds is a textbook example of a company run by bureaucracy instead of customer focus. It feels like decisions are made by people who have never actually installed or used their own product. Either they do not understand what customers need, or they simply do not care. The reviews speak for themselves. With an average hovering around 1.5 stars, the pattern is obvious. These are not isolated complaints. Customers are consistently reporting the same issues, and yet nothing appears 2 change

Select Blinds has gone off the rails. This app is horrible. For two days, I've tried to connect the remote without success. Why require an app? I bought Select Blinds a couple of years ago, no issues. Push a button on the blind, push a button on the remote, connected. Now I must download an app that doesn't work, give my location and whatever else they're collecting. The app doesn't open in order of info it needs. Just when I thought I had it, it would not set because I didn't name my home first.
