Selected App Screen Time is a focused screen time tracker for only the apps you choose.

Most screen time tools show every app on your device. This app keeps the view clean: create groups, add selected apps, and review each app's daily foreground screen time in a simple chart.

You can use it for app testing sessions, game habits, study apps, work tools, focus routines, or any small set of apps you want to monitor separately.

Key features:
- Track foreground screen time only for selected apps
- Create separate groups for testing, games, work, study, or personal routines
- View daily charts with adjustable scale, chart height, and days visible on screen
- Choose a history range of 30, 60, 90, or 120 days
- Add notes to each app card for testing records or personal reminders
- Reorder groups and app cards
- Open app actions from the app icon, including Play Store, package name, app name, and app info
- Backup and restore local data
- No account required

History data note:
Android only provides detailed usage events for a limited recent range, and the exact range can vary by device. Selected App Screen Time saves daily records locally when you open the app, refresh, or view charts, so the selected history range becomes more complete as you continue using it.

Privacy:
Selected App Screen Time uses Android Usage Access only to calculate local foreground screen time for apps you select. It does not read app content, messages, passwords, private files, notifications, photos, contacts, or browsing content. The app does not upload your screen time data.
