SelectTech

SelectTech is the field-work marketplace and operations app for technicians, job posters, and technician teams.

FIND AND WIN WORK
• Browse field assignments with pay, schedule, qualifications, and location shown clearly.
• Review complete work-order details, request assignments, submit counteroffers, and track application status.
• Build a professional profile with skills, credentials, equipment, experience, availability, and verified work history.

RUN EVERY JOB FROM ONE PLACE
• See assigned work, schedules, jobsite details, tasks, instructions, files, and messages.
• Use traffic-aware directions to reach the jobsite.
• Start an intelligent work trip to record business mileage. With permission, SelectTech can continue tracking an active trip in the background, detect arrival, and optionally start the electronic timecard.
• Clock in, take breaks, clock out, add notes, submit expenses and receipts, and keep a complete work record.

GET PAID WITH CLARITY
• Technicians receive 100% of the advertised job pay.
• Hiring companies pay a transparent 10% marketplace fee.
• Track approvals, invoices, payment status, and payout setup.

BUILT FOR FIELD TEAMS
• Technician-company owners can invite registered technicians, manage team membership and readiness, and coordinate assignments while each technician keeps control of their own account, credentials, private documents, and earnings.
• Role-based privacy keeps technician profiles private until a technician applies, joins a team, or an administrator needs access for support and safety.

SAFETY AND CONTROL
• Secure sign-in, password recovery, account-deletion controls, role-based permissions, work-order messages, audit history, and reporting tools.
• Sensitive identity, tax, banking, insurance, and document fields remain private and are used only for authorized marketplace operations.

Location tracking is optional and starts only when a technician begins a work trip. A persistent notification stays visible while tracking, and tracking stops at arrival or when the technician taps Stop trip.
