Not what they advertise. SelectTv doesn't actually stream any content, they just provide links to CBS, NBC, Fox, within their app or their website. The Movies it takes you to are Crackle (netflix / Hulu if you have a subscription) Literally everything within this program is hosted by another service that offers it for Free, If you want to take full advantage of this you'd have to install all of the other free apps, Some of which require cable subscriptions, or paid features to even be useful. Basically all they are doing is indexing the other services and displaying all of the content in one location. Not useful if you have to pay for it.

DO NOT GET THIS APP IF YOU WANT LIVE TV! Before you get this service, imagine yourself standing over a toilet and dropping a nice clean $20 bill and a nice clean $5 bill into the toilet and then hitting the flush lever. You will get the same result. THIS DOES NOT STREAM LIVE NEWS THIS DOES NOT STREAM LIVE CHANNELS like ABC, CBS, NBC THIS DOES NOT include YOUR local channels, just a few across the country. They told me in their live chat that I would be able to get MSNBC. So what did I get? A live shot of the White House - the NBC press feed. They told me I'd get CNN live. What did I get, CNN's YouTube PLAYLIST of videos. SO DO NOT BE FOOLED. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS HERE FIRST.
