Reason for 1 star: Ch. 1a immediately states gender changes are part of a group of "illusionary problems", lumped in w/ bad marriages and fad diets as things that we feel compelled to "fix" about ourselves. I just couldn't get past this outdated & exclusionary thought process in a book about cultivating self-love. I will say I'm glad it's early on in the book, so I can stop reading the thoughts of someone who is definitely not open, accepting and loving of others.

Scam, they pushed me to buy Amazon audible app and I did. Now I cannot cance the subscription because the app was bought through the third party. This is what audible Amazon app says. And there is nowhere within this app to get in touch with real people
