True review Cons: 1. When opening the app each time they give a 3-day premium offer. I don't want that BUT I could not proceed after restarting my phone and opening the app again. I had to choose if just to get inside the app. 2. It's just a collection of affirmations, and it can be customized. That's it. Many apps are free, has no apps and collect no data for this. No exercises more than affirmations. Pros: 1. It has a lot of affirmations and a way to get notifications many times.
