Highly recommended app! As a person who's into spirituality and mindfulness, SELF PAUSE helps me to always "STAY IN THE PRESENT" and be grateful about the little things in life. Their meditation music and daily affirmations are like my digital buddies that helps me to relax and maintain my peacefulness from this chaotic world. To the developers and the brainchild behind this wonderful app, thank you so much for using technology to create a strong impact in this world. 🥰

This app is so relieving! It helps me so much specially when I get my anxiety attacks. But this app is so relaxing and soothing. I recommend it very much.

It says free trial available but it isn't. It advertises free trial but once you accept the offer for it, it takes you to Google play to start the so-called free trial, and it literally says in smaller print "free trial not available for you" and if you click accept it charges you 59.99. So be careful because even though they link it in the app, once you click in it if you accept they might charge you. Mind you, this has never happened to me with any other app or free trial. No, thanks

It used to have free features. Not anymore. When I open the app now, it immediately asks me to put in a payment option to access a 7-day free trial. So basically, unless you're willing to pay, you can't use it. Why they can't be honest and list it as a paid app is beyond me. You literally cannot use it unless you're willing to pay. So don't waste your time with them. There are plenty of other apps that record stuff and have affirmations. Don't waste your time with this.

It stopped saving the audios! I record the go to the file and there's no audio or there's an audio that does nothing when I click on it: 'This affirmation does not have a recording` Also the typing glitches out when you try to name an audio Update: play button doesn't load. Freezes mid-audio and stops playing in the night. Better off using Samsung recorder or the one that comes with the phone

I've been using this app to remind me of my daily affirmations for a few years, but all of a sudden, I believe it's a pay to use app now? When, beforehand, it was free to use but also included the subscription side if you liked what you saw. This is pretty disappointing.
