I work in the tech industry and use Sell Pro for its helpful training. I've won a few gift cards from Subway and Starbucks, which is great. That being said, I tend to win HP printer and computer rebates a bit too often. I have a newer printer and computer, so I find winning those rebates less useful (or fun). I'd rather see $10 off coupons for the HP store, so I can buy accessories instead. I think it would be a better and more flexible incentive for the training.

The gravity game is completely rigged used all 106 points and got nothing. It's a ridiculous way to "incentives" employees to learn.

Multiple occasions the rewards discounts do not work for Academy sports. Soon as I input the code without checking out if I try again the code doesn't work. Says it has been used. Waste of time!

Great concept but not like it used to be, targeted sales, like Best Buy, staples etc. Less and fewer awards. Trying at different times throughout the day, you will be lucky to win 1 item a year like a gift card, mouse or headset.
