Sempath: GLP-1 Weight Tracker

Sempath is the private, Android-first companion for anyone on a GLP-1 medication — Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus and similar. Log your shot in seconds, see where you are in your weekly cycle, and watch your weight, meals and side effects come together in one calm place.

WHY SEMPATH
Shot-Cycle view — a live estimate of medication level between doses, with plain-language phases: peak window, steady state, shot day. Understand why you feel hungry on day six.

Dose log that fits a weekly injection — one tap on shot day, backdate if you forgot, record the injection site you used. Reminders fire on the day your dose is actually due, not every morning.

Weight, meals, water and fasting — quick-log chips on the Home screen, a weight chart against your goal, macro rings for every meal, a fasting timer with 12:12 to OMAD protocols.

Side effects with context — log nausea, fatigue or appetite changes with severity, and see them against your cycle day.

Health Connect — steps and active calories fill in automatically; weight syncs both ways if you choose.

Blood work — record lab markers, see what's in and out of range, and set a re-test reminder.

Insights — weight vs dose over time, adherence, weekly deficit, and a Compare tool to plot any two metrics against each other.

Doctor Report — a clean PDF summary of doses, weight and side effects to bring to your appointment.

Full history — 30-day, 90-day and lifetime views on every chart: weight, weight vs dose, body composition, calorie deficit, side-effect patterns. See the whole journey since your first shot.

Advanced insights — adherence and streaks, weekly deficit, body-fat and lean-mass trends, side effects mapped against your cycle day, injection-site usage.

Compare tool — plot any two metrics against each other (weight vs dose, deficit vs weight, side effects vs dose) with a correlation read-out.

AI meal estimates — type a meal or snap a photo and calories, protein, carbs and fat fill in (15 text estimates + 6 photo scans a day).

AI lab-report scan — photograph or upload your blood test and the marker values fill themselves in (1 per month).

Blood-work trends — every marker charted over time, in/out-of-range flags, re-test reminders.

Progress photos + time-lapse — private, on-device, with a play-through of your change.

Doctor Report — a clean PDF of doses, weight, side effects and labs for your appointment, plus CSV and data-PDF exports.
