Been trying for 2 weeks to do a mailing. They won't respond to help ticket requests or emails. They also delete any comments about their product not working from their Facebook page. Very disappointed in this thing. Worse of all they have a couple of hundred dollars of mine they won't refund even though I can't use the product. I Send Jim money and get nothing in return but aggravation!
