Not for the app, for the service. I've made an order for 3 bags, reading carefully their dispositions about food: no seeds, no nuts, no animal products or fresh produce. I've learned flour and dried chickpeas are part of the "forbidden items", despite being sealed, dried, vegetable products. I've asked to remove on of the bags, as my collection won't happen before the next 17 days. Answer: you can't. Plenty of time before collection and delivery but the order cannot be amended. I'm appalled.

Poor app, poor service, instructions on how to pack the bag and fill out forms are misleading. there was two rounds of hidden charges which worked out at double the original cost. Threatened to increase the cost again if I disputed the charges. Will not reccomend and will not use again.

Arranged to have my bag picked up well in advance. Was told that it would arrive between 9am and 6pm. Didn't arrive at all. Was given no help just told that it's 'on route'.

Horrible Send My Bag App when opening it only works once in approximately 15 times that you try to open it. Every time i tap on it it shows the blue screen and than disappears of the screen. Does not work well at all. When it did work it was great but that was only 3 times out of the 100 i tried to open it😠😠😠
