SendApp

SendApp puts your SendApp workspace on your phone: customer conversations from every channel, the AI assistant, contacts, campaigns and your calendar. Same data, same rules and same permissions as the web dashboard.

EVERY CHAT IN ONE PLACE
• WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat, email and SMS in a single inbox
• Reply with text, photos, videos, documents and voice messages
• Approved WhatsApp templates, new conversations and quick replies
• See when the AI assistant replied and take over the conversation whenever you want
• Archive, assign to a teammate, block a number, export a chat

AI ASSISTANT
• Turn the AI on or off per account, per channel or per chat
• "Write with AI", translate and summarize messages
• The owner teaches the assistant the right answers and puts it to the test

CONTACTS
• Contact cards with stage, tags, custom fields, notes with mentions and activity history
• Segments, duplicates to merge, trash, export and tools for privacy requests
• Import contacts from your phone's address book: you choose which ones, and only name, number, email and birthday reach SendApp

CAMPAIGNS
• Follow every campaign: sent, delivered, read, replies and errors
• Pause, resume, retry failed messages, change date or limit, duplicate

CALENDAR AND REMINDERS
• Today's, upcoming and past appointments: new appointments, moves and cancellations
• Manual and automatic reminders for your customers

FILES AND DOCUMENTS
• File Manager with folders: upload photos and documents from your phone
• The owner manages the documents the AI assistant learns from

YOUR TEAM
• Access for the owner and for operators: each person sees only the chats, accounts and features you gave them
• New message notifications, with unread counters

SECURITY
• Two-step verification, as on the web
• Sign in from your computer with a QR code: no password to type on the phone
• By default the lock screen never shows message text: you choose to turn on previews
• See your signed-in phones and sign them out whenever you want

The app is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.

An active SendApp account is required to use the app.

Recent changes:
• Automatic reminders: files attached to a message stay when you edit it from the phone.
• Campaigns: clearer pause reasons.
• Small improvements to chats, new conversations and contacts.
