After 3 weeks of claiming a mistake of mine and fortunately the beneficiary number is inactive, I got this: "We are writing to follow-up on your issue around the delivery of funds to the recipient with reference number 50501659. We very much appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, our banking partners are not able to complete the reversal because the funds are cashed out. We’re sorry we’ve not been able to help on this occasion." WHO CASHED OUT THE MONEY????

This is the worst app. Took my money off the card. Then it never sent the money to the person. It says we will send you a confirmation text please put in the code. Never sent the code after 2 hours but already took the money off my card. Then there customer service threaten you, get upset with you. Call you a liar and then threatened their legal team on you. After they stole money from you. 5 days of being hung up on and people getting upset blaming they work 10 or 12-hour days angry at me.

If you see this comment THIS IS THE SIGN TO NOT USE OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THEIR CHAT AGENTS ARE RUDE, NO LACK OF CONCERN AND REPLIES ARE GENERIC. THE AGENT ANSWERING CALLS ARE TOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEEMS LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They've held my funds twice and as of the writing i haven't received the funds that I sent to my account. They kept sending me the same email asking for my ID which I sent them 3x now. This happened 2x in 1 week. THIS IS A WARNING NOT TO USE THIS APP.
