Sensely’s avatar and chatbot-based platforms assist insurance plan members and patients with the insurance services and healthcare resources they need, when they need it. The easy to use app enables enterprises to converse with their members in an entirely new way, combining the empathy of human conversation with the efficiency and scalability of technology.

★★★★★ My mom has serious body symptoms from blood clots, and she's not getting the proper medical attention from my family and from the local hospitals to be left alone in her condition. I'm beyond pist, so instead of acting with my emotions, I'm acting with my knowledge and hoping I can place my faith within AI to help keep my mother's health a priority and a concern with the top care she deserves unlike everyone else who seems like they're OK with leaving her alone. So THANK YOU, AI, for being there.

★★★★★ My insurance company asked me to download. Easy to use and really great response time when it indicates that my doctor would need to call me back.

★★☆☆☆ Enter product code, what product code? The first docs were monks who didn't ask for anything to help people.

★★☆☆☆ Too invasive Lion Practice - poorly shared with patients, too invasive, advised via a text, could so easily a con, wants to know my DOB, inside leg measurement, etc. Why?! The practice should issue a username and registration process. It should not expect patients to share personal data with a 3rd party in the USA. DATA PROTECTION!!! Sort yourselves out, get a proper reception system and stop money grabbing!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Never able to offer an appointment. Pointless. Waste of time. *edit. Developer makes a comment 3 years after initial review. Hardly inspiring.

★★☆☆☆ Garbage, didn't work for me. No reminder, then after choosing the reminder time again, it restarts as if you didn't enter anything. Terrible app.
