Very excellent tool, it helps control the AC and heating system at home via phone.

It is properly sensitive to internal temperature changes. It is easy to control via the Sensi menu and via the phone app.

App is fairly easy to use & you can set and control your thermostat from your phone

I still constantly lose Wi-Fi connection. The app will drop for no reason. Most of the time, I just refresh the page to reconnect to the Wi-Fi. It's very annoying. Other that I like the app. The only other thing is that it limits you on the number of time/temptres points for turning on and off. I'm not sure how accurate the usage data is. It is something I check often. The usage report is telling me theirs insufficient data. This means that I was connected to the Wi-Fi less 20 % of the time.

The app seems to allow only one device to be connected. The minute you connect a second phone with the app the thermostat is deleted from the second phone. This is disappointing, and we're not sure if we should keep the thermostat or return it...definitely not a good purchase ...
