This app has so many useful features, definitely worth the 💲. I am really enjoying being able to document my different parts and journey with IFS and have it with me on the go. I like the visual option of seeing all my parts, creating clusters and which ones are linked together. The prompts help me know what to do next and the journal is great too.

A great app for me as someone who practices IFS. I mainly use the meditations for daily use as well as emergencies. For example, right now I am having an emergency. I am about to launch the meditation on 'when a part is triggered.' I spent the past few hours with extended family and I have a heavily triggered part. Grateful to have fast access to short meditations to help me in this kind of situation.

For a group that claims to be "building a vibrant community of people engaged in self-led self-transformation" it sure is impossible to use the app without a subscription. For anyone who wants a more reasonable alternative, we have switched to IFS Guide.

The app worked great till I changed phone. Support has been unhelpful. They charged my credit card because I couldn't get into the app to cancel. Their support is 4–5 days for a response they as you a question, and you have to wait 4-5 to hear back or longer again. Find another program with better support that actually works.
